most of these plans are designed to help you make changes and adjustments to what are not working in your life right now. The reason we will start with a 4-month commitment is because during this given time, most likely you will experience some of life’s ups and downs. My heart is to support you through these highs and lows in life, and offer you the tools to learn how to deal with them again in the future. I would love to answer any question you may have!

individual health coaching plans*

$1895 6-month plan

 

6-month plan:

  • learn some basic information about nutrition

  • work on the emotional part about eating

  • explore on the why’s behind certain habits/behaviors

  • focusing to unlearn certain behaviors

  • encouraging/incorporate movement with client’s current schedule

  • meet one hour, twice a month for 6 consecutive months—in person or virtually. We will go over your progress, challenges, and make adjustments to lifestyle changes, if necessary.

  • weekly check-ins

  • You will have access to my email and phone number, and you will be able to reach me when you have questions, whether you’re on vacation, or at home.

    (this plan is recommended for individuals who may have had some issues with disordered eating, or someone who desires a complete lifestyle change.)

  • 6 planned meals (one per month)

*After completing either plan, if you feel like you’d need additional support, I do offer a month-to-month option.

follow-up health coaching plan

$155 hourly

 

these follow-up health coaching plans are designed to help clients who have already finished either the 6-month health coaching plans to continue receiving support and guidance, with month-to-month option.
